The Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts opened its doors in 1988. Since that time, it has had a profound impact on the cultural and artistic landscape of Brevard County and Central Florida. The Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, Florida presents live theatre productions, Broadway shows, and concert events: arts and entertainment for the entire family. An organization of Eastern Florida State College (now managed by ASM Global), we also feature arts education, through Youth Theatre and Community Engagement.
